At SmartVibesHub, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a valued customer.

Return Window

You may request a return or refund within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Products that show signs of use or physical damage not caused by delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. To facilitate resolution, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the item and the packaging

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A reshipment of the correct product

  • A full or partial refund

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at smartvibeshub@gmail.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and any applicable images or documentation.

Please wait for further instructions before sending back any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within three (3) to seven (7) business days, and the amount will be returned to your original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you do not see the refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your bank account or credit card provider for pending transactions

  • Contact your payment provider for an update

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. In certain cases, SmartVibesHub may provide a prepaid return label at its discretion.

Shipping Delays and Disputes

Please note that due to our international fulfillment partners, delivery may take between seven (7) and twenty (20) business days, depending on the destination. Extended delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier backlog are not eligible for automatic refunds. However, we will provide assistance if your package does not arrive within thirty (30) days.
