Returns

We accept returns within ten (10) calendar days from the date the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not be listed as a non-returnable or final sale item.

Please note that returns sent directly to the manufacturer or any address not provided by our support team will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within five to ten business days.

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or is missing components.

  • The return request is made after the thirty-day return window.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
